Senior Process Engineer or Consultant

About the role

• Be an important part of a small and fast-moving team that is passionate about using technology to improve energy efficiency and decarbonise industry
• Help create and develop a new AI/ML SaaS platform:
• using your knowledge and experience of process engineering or consulting
• create thermodynamic models for process equipment and systems in python
• contribute to the direction of the product
• Work closely with software engineers, data scientists and the commercial team

Requirements

• Strong understanding and passionate about solving some of the industrial energy efficiency and decarbonisation challenges.
• Experience in the design, modification or operation of process facilities
• Technical background in chemical or process engineering, including thermodynamics and creating or interpreting key design documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets and vendor data, etc.)
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing analytical models (ideally in python)
• Masters or PhD in a technical discipline
